Exercise and study of people of high age

Are high-age people doing exercise and study bold?

Have the high age people put in a reason not to exercise in various ways, such as breathing out as soon as exercising, pain in the knees and so on?

It is the same for studying.
Since you got older, your memory became worse, so do not you think that it will not be something anyway if studying now?

That is a misunderstanding.
