If you are doing personal computer or smartphone work, reading, etc. for a long time, your posture will be stooping from the tiredness of your arms and the weight of your head.

Sometimes stop the work and release the neck from the burden.

If you have no subjective symptoms whose neck is stiff please try touching your neck with both hands.
Do you feel crepile?

When the front side of the neck (sternocleidomastoid muscle) is stretched, please put the palm around the chest below the clavicle.
The right hand on the right chest
The left hand on the left chest
As it is, stretch by knocking the neck slowly backward.

If the back of the neck is stiff, combine the two hands behind the head and stretch the head forward with the weight of the hand.

Please do not push yourself and feel comfortable stretching.
